WILLS COMMITS PERJURY

WILLS COMMITS PERJURY TO SHUT DOWN MY WAKE UP ALBUM

Wow! It just keeps getting better and better!

Jerry Wills has committed perjury to attempt to shut down my livelihood, my friends’ websites, and my ability to re-coup my investment on the creation of the Wake Up album, as lead singer, lead guitarist, and lyricist of Terranomaly during 2013-2017.

He filed this complaint to my internet provider, which shut down over 20 web sites, belonging to friends and clients, committing perjury in the process, all for a personal vendetta.

Interestingly, here are my TOP 10 FAVORITE QUOTES FROM JERRY WILLS’ OWN MOUTH, REGARDING THE WAKE UP ALBUM right after I wrote it, and he interviewed me on his internet radio show. (THESE CLIPS ARE INCLUDED UNDER TITLE 17 PERMISSION FOR NEWS AND REVIEW PURPOSES).

QUOTE #10    QUOTE #9   QUOTE #8   QUOTE #7   QUOTE #6

QUOTE #5   QUOTE #4   QUOTE #3   QUOTE #2   QUOTE #1

The quotes prove beyond reasonable doubt, that Jerry KNOWS I wrote the lyrics, sang the vocal tracks, played the lead guitar tracks, and was THE influence in message, look, and feel of the album back in 2014. He also has recorded in my studio, and knows I recorded all of my tracks in my studio.

Now, he put THIS on Terranomaly.com, which got resurrected after Jeff had forwarded the site to my backup (terranomaly.us) for the last year because Jeff couldn’t afford to host terranomaly.com during that time period.

First off, I never signed with anybody! Terranomaly consisted of Jeff and myself, and no one else, as evidenced on the back of the album, the official ONE-SHEET, released by Byrd, radio interviews, etc. If Wills IS actually VP of JBM, then he has access to all the files and knows I have no contract with JBM, and JBM has no permission to file copyright papers on my material without proper compensation.

I’m pretty darn sure that this October 15, 2014 file predates anything Wills tried to do.WakeUpBackTrayWEB

Wake Up One SheetWhat is his motivation for committing perjury? He DESPERATELY wanted to be a bass player in the band, and though all he had to do was play the material to land the role, he was woefully insufficient to pull it off. He failed the audition, as it were. That failure, that lack of ability to ACTUALLY perform what was written, and being called on it, manifested in Jerry a long-plotted vendetta, where HE could take over the record company, and try to squash the tracks I wrote.

Problem is, the record company has no contract from me giving them permission to copyright without my name on the papers. In actuality, JBM has STOLEN my intellectual property, and registered it as their own, and their officers have committed PERJURY to try to pull this off.

The remaining CDs will NOT be destroyed, but WILL be offered to you in 3, 5 and 10 packs (because I own all of them) to play it forward!

WHAT WOULD YOU DO?

What HASN’T Been Done in Rock n Roll? ONE!

Screen Shot 2017-05-09 at 4.55.33 PMWHAT HASN’T BEEN DONE IN ROCK AND ROLL? – ONE!

Always looking to do what hasn’t been done, I’ve created a new act called ONE. Playing all the instruments and singing all the parts, this act is all I can do.

With 45 songs in the repertoire, I can imagine that some other performers would love to have a full band back them up on demand, so I’m writing an app that will control this band on any video wall or projection screen with any musician as the “front man.”

TERRANOMALY DEFUNCT

FirstCDphotoTERRANOMALY DEFUNCT

After two years of constant marketing to WAKE UP people, my former business partner turned against me and has removed the album from distribution. That means I get to write ANOTHER album with a correlating message. It will be called BE HAPPY, and I have a few tracks in the works for it. It will be performed, produced, and brought to you by my new act ONE.

If you want one of MY PERSONALLY PURCHASED AND OWNED WAKE UP CD’s that I had made (the first and only 1,000 ever made) then order here, but you have to do it in bunches. These are the only ones left on Earth.

My NEW band, though, is ONE. ONE is the scenario where no one else can screw you over. ONE is where one guy does every function. ONE is taking Element 115 and Terranomaly just ONE step further.

Already Updated Just 6 Decades app

Just6DecadesIcon120Requests were made for the correct year to pop up on the correct decade button when the user plays the game. I said, “sure.”

Version 1.1 adds that feature, and also fixes a typo in a 1980s question.

iPhone/iPad Apps

After being a Macromind/Macromedia developer, it seemed only right to become an Apple Developer. I’ve produced a couple of handsful of universal (iPhone/iPad) apps, and am in process of converting my MacOS LaserTyping program to iOS. It will run on iPad with external blue tooth keyboard.

Ultramedia Producing the Ultimate Motorcycle Show

Ultramedia Producing the Ultimate Motorcycle Show

Mike Anthony Jones is a name known in the motorcycle music world, and even in some movie-making circles. He is also the guy who has invented Mike’s Ultimate Motorcycle Show.

This TV show, debuting on TheCOOL TV, is an amazing collection of motorcycle action (yes, including stunts), motorcycle lifestyle, interviews with rock stars and motorcycle riders, and a tug-of-rope feature that uses 2,000 pounds of human muscle pulling on a really big motorcycle chain.

Mike plans on having live concerts on his show, which will quickly become the “Tonight Show” of motorcycle culture.

Here is the YouTube channel.

Eleven Years Later, AL the Alien Is Still Unique

AL Dzefchenzellester is Earth’s only UFO Alien Drummer (or at least as far as anyone knows). He was certainly the first, as he debuted at a Halloween party in Scottsdale, Arizona in 2003.

He wasn’t the only member of Element 115 to debut that night. Jess, a mere 12 years old, played a couple of songs on guitar, not the least of which was “Wanted: Dead Or Alive” by Bon Jovi.

Tracks recorded at Ultramedia Studio have been included and released on Terranomaly’s Wake Up album. The CD is a 42-minute collection of songs designed to guide the listener through the stages of well, being pissed-off when realizing that everything you’ve been told is a lie.

From innocence, to disbelief, denial, fear, anger, frustration, and rage, eventually we get to the point where we say, “Those evil guys are really good at what they do. They can stay over there, and I’ll be over here.” This is done not in anger, but in a desire to remain separate from their fear-control reality.

The album is really good, and worth a listen, if not a purchase for every one of your friends.

Concert Raises Money For “Wrecking Crew” Movie

Concert Raises Money For “Wrecking Crew” Movie

The evening started with a movie produced by Denny Tedesco called “The Wrecking Crew.” The royalties and fees for the music in the film exceed $300,000, and the movie is too good to not be released. That’s a pair of circumstances requiring help for all but the 1%, and Denny isn’t in that 1%.

The Wrecking Crew was responsible for the tracks in wax that made DJ’s  coast-to-coast talk like auctioneers for 5 seconds during the musical intros of “Little Bit Me, Little Bit You,” “He’s A Rebel,” “Dizzy,” “Cherry Cherry,” “Surf City,” “The Beat Goes On,” “Boots (Were Made For Walkin’),” and literally THOUSANDS more! Timing is everything, but innate talent and outside-the-box thinking certainly didn’t hurt the individuals responsible for the recording of virtually every hit record out of LA from 1961 to 1972.

The guitar magic of Tommy Tedesco (Denny’s father, responsible for Bonanza, Green Acres, Batman Theme and more), Hal Blaine on drums, Carol Kaye on bass, Larry Knechtel on keyboards, and later, Glen Campbell on guitar, mixed to provide hit after hit at Capitol and other studios “back in the day.” Fewer than 20 musicians were recording 20 hours a day cranking out about half of the Top 40. It is estimated that Hal Blaine played drums on over 35,000 tracks.

Kravitz, Tedesco, Blaine, Randi, and KOOL-FM dj’s

With Mike Kravitz (nephew of Hal Blaine) in Phoenix coordinating the introductions, practice sessions, and promo tasks, 13 Phoenix-area musicians (including Michael) collected into a small living room and rehearsed fewer than a dozen times to perform at the Phoenix premier/fundraiser of Tedesco’s movie at Skye Lounge in Peoria, Arizona, Tuesday night.

Celebs on hand included Hal Blaine, the drummer responsible for  over 40 number 1 hits for almost as many bands. An auction after the movie yielded a $425 bid for a signed Hal Blaine bass drum head. Fender donated a guitar and bass (perfect for autographs), and other companies provided miscellaneous items for the auction. In addition, Don Randi, a keyboardist in the Wrecking Crew, and producer,  answered questions with Hal during a Q & A session after the movie,  which entertained the audience with anecdotes of a by-gone era.

Michael Performs with Demolition

When the band started their musical set with “Be My Baby,” and rolled into “Help Me Rhonda” and “Mr. Tambourine Man,” the crowd was mesmerized. With all the parts covered, including a 4-piece horn section and a flute/sax player, everyone knew Demolition was the right tribute band for the movie.

It was a sell-out show at the Skye, and a wonderful entertaining evening for everyone who experienced the 60’s and 70’s, and the rock ‘n roll music that the period defined.

If you would like to help the most unknown hit-makers get their recognition through the full-scale release of this movie, by tax-deductible donation, by sponsoring a movie screening, or by bringing the band “Demolition” to a special fundraising event,  please contact Mike Kravitz at drumsagogo62@yahoo.com.
